I'm having a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast. My sandwich equals 2 slices of cheese spread thinly with LC peanut butter. Works for me. :)

[ 2g ] LC breakfast bar
[ 0 ] steak
[ 2g ] chicken
[ 7g ] LC ice cream with Walden Farms caramel dip (new discovery)
