Mmm, LC French Toast.

I used Hood Calorie Countdown rather than the normal milk. And I used LC sandwich bread (5carbs per slice) instead of that delicious looking high-carb bread. I also used LC maple syrup which tastes just like the high carb version to me other than being a little thin.

Here's the technique I used with the low carb ingredient substitutions I mentioned. It turned out very yummy.




My day:
[ 7g ] LC french toast
[ 0 ] bacon
-----
[ 4g ] LC ice cream
-----
[ 6g ] stuffed chicken with peppers and onions

=====TOTAL 17 carbs=====
