Steakums pizza. mmm

I used the Big Daddy D's pizza crust recipe, but didn't have enough mozzarella cheese (I wanted to save it for topping to pizza), so I substituted more parmessan when mixing up the crust. To my delight, this made the crust more "holdable" than the first one I had made with mozzarella in the mix. As proof, here is a photo of the pizza in hand. :) Oh yes, and I used steakums as one of the toppings. Yum yum.

  2. ooo looks so good, I just bought a box of steakums and I've no idea what to do with them...giggle
    Now I have to go find the crust recipe. Or I could just use Cleo's cauliflower crust, we really like that one.
