I feel like I've over-indulged at the Christmas party ... but I haven't! It must be because I had no lunch at all yesterday.

    Erika, I was just full ... I rarely get full on this WoE so I worried even though the carbs were low. Plus I'm trying to kick-start another loss so being full doesn't work toward that end! I didn't gain this morning but I didn't lose either.

    Harry, I felt empowered that I planned ahead. All of those desserts looked so good that I would have felt deprived if I hadn't brought something that I could eat. :)
