Six more pounds to meet my goal for the month. I hope I can do it ... this is a big month, once I've met that six pound loss I will be at the door of ONEderland.

[ 3g ] spaghetti squash (1/4 cup)
[ 2g ] spaghetti sauce (1/8 cup)
[ 1g ] cheese
[ 1g ] spoonful of LC ice cream
[ 0 ] roast beef
[ 1g ] radishes
[ 2g ] onions
[ 3g ] LC ice cream bar
[ 1g ] LC peanut butter
[ 5g ] LC ice cream bar (the almond type)
=====TOTAL 19 carbs=====


  1. I just found your blog and really enjoy reading it.
    I also eat low carb or as low as I can do it. I call it Calorie Restriction but the eating seems to be the same.
    I like your recipes and will come back often to see how your doing.

Inspiring to me. :) It's nice to see you so close to your goal. I have no doubt that you will make it and carry on with your healthy way of eating for the rest of your life. That chicken recipe looks yum!
