No loss, but I feel slimmer if that's possible. I had a good 20 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Maybe it's just the sunny outlook that the weekend has brought. :)

In other good news, dad is finally approved for back surgery to get those slipped discs repaired. We don't know the surgery date yet but we should soon.

    You know, I have those same kind of days when there is not weight loss but I feel slimmer, go figure. Me thinks it's the muscles that we are getting that are smaller than the fat.
