Had a huge hair cut (meaning my hair is shorter than ever before) and did a huge amount of yard work (meaning I'm dead tired) today.

Breakfast - 3carb/190cal

[7carb][170cal] LC ice cream bar

Dinner - 10carb/321cal
[0carb][270cal] turkey breast
[10 carb][51 cal ] brussels sprouts

  3. Brussels sprouts are perfect without peanut butter. :) And peanut butter is perfect without brussles sprouts. They are never to be mixed!
