Disaster Day

[4carb][80cal ] half cup LC ice cream. mmm chocolate
[6carb][72cal ] 1 cup popped movie popcorn
[7carb][300cal] ground beef, onions, mushrooms, cheese, yellow bell pepper (half serving)

Feeling guitly. Still repairable if I don't eat for the rest of the day.

Dinner - 21carb/1052cal
[0carb][500cal ] roast beef
[2.5carb][8cal ] 8 radishes
[.5carb][4cal ] small amount of onion
[6carb][380cal ] pb x2. Nooooo :(
[12carb][160cal ] one cup LC ice cream.
OMG. What the hell am I doing? Why???
