another pound bites it

I woke this morning thinking of a new twist on a wowee zowee healthy shake. See the ingredients in my breakfast listing below. It seriously tasted like lemon cheesecake with a hint of chocolate strawberries. I'm liking this breakfast shake thing. Easy, versatile (I love coming up with ways to change it up), healthy, cold, yummy and very satisfying. I'm thinking about a spicy chili pepper chocolate shake for future. Oh and an orange extract chocolate shake. The possibilities could be dangerous. :)

Now that I've finished broadcasting delight over my breakfast shake it's time to celebrate another pound gone! I weigh 181 lbs as of this morning and can see my goal of getting into the 170's by end of July as maybe-possibly achievable. Three weeks left in the month and 2 pounds to meet that goal. You may think that is simple but I've lost nearly 100 pounds since June of 2008 and every pound is a true fight anymore. It's like trying to convince a cat to get into a sink of water for a bath. He'll eventually be persuaded but there will be lots of yowling, clawing and dirty looks as he begrudingly accepts his fate.

[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda

LUNCH - 6.5carb/556cal
[3carb][450cal] 3 kosher beef franks
[3carb][16cal] diced onion
[.5carb][90cal] 1oz cheddar

DINNER - 6.5carb/300cal
[6.5carb][300cal] probably this: 1/2 of a stuffed bell pepper (ground beef, mushroom, jalapeƱo, cheeses)

TOTAL - 28carb/1295cal
