Mmmonday Menu

BREAKFAST - 25carb/256cal
[7][30] 1/4 frozen banana
[2][90] 1 TBSP peanut butter
[2][10] 2 tbsp DARK cocoa powder
[6][26] 2 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[0][0] 3 oz purified water and LOTS of ice cubes
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… this was a thick and chilly shake. a bit too icy, but very good flavor. I was out of Amazing Grass Superfood. :(

LUNCH - 11carb/180cal
[11][180] Atkins coconut bar

DINNER - 6.5carb/300cal
[6.5][300] 1/2 of a stuffed bell pepper (stuffed with ground beef, diced mushroom, jalapeño, cheeses)

TOTAL - 42.5carb/736cal


  1. I was going to buy some SF philly swirl pops but I got dizzy reading all the ingredients. I'm not sure if they're food or a science project...

  2. all I know is that they don't make me gain and they don't make me limp (no aspartame I'm pretty sure).
