Friday Menu

BREAKFAST - 16carb/168cal
[6][26] 2 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[0][0] 3 oz purified water and ice cubes
[6][42] 2 scoops Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of coconut extract
[0][0] dash of banana extract
[0][0] dash of cayanne pepper
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[0][0] non-bitter stevia (i love stevia!)
… this was cool and creamy at first with a very spicy hot after-kick from the cayanne pepper. I loved it but it would likely be too spicy for most people.
