Inchworm, Inchworm, I'm tellin' you true

Friday is humping along on the back of an inchworm. Whether the child's toy or the real bug … they are equally slow enough for this analogy.

Inspired by another blogger, I dug out the remnant of Torani sugarfree hazelnut syrup I'd been saving. Although using it in my morning shake was a brilliant idea and thoughts of nutella danced in my head, I didn't have enough syrup to impact the flavor to much extent. A trip to Trader Joe's soon is in order to see if they have any sugarfree flavors in stock (shipping is so expensive for online orders).

[1][64] 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
[0][0] 1 tbsp Torani sugar free hazelnut syrup (that was the last of it or I would have added more)
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… blend all of the above
- this tastes double chocolaty - couldn't detect much of the hazelnut
[0][0cal] green tea with stevia

LUNCH - 0carb/80cal
[0][80] tuna
[0][0cal] green tea with stevia

DINNER - 6carb/462cal
likely this:
[5carb][190cal ] one serving of Dreamfields pasta (low carb)
[0carb][92cal ] 1oz lean ground beef
[1carb][180cal ] 2oz cheese


TOTAL - 22carb/954cal
