[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[2][10] 2 tbsp Hershey's DARK cocoa powder
[0][0] dash of french vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… blend - this one tastes like dark chocolate cherry strawberries. and very thick

LUNCH - 14carb/273cal
[3carb][93cal ] 1/3 serving of carbonnade flamonde (best guess)
[11][180] Atkins coconut bar

DINNER - 22carb/177cal
