[1carb][140cal ] 2 oz cheese
[3.5carb][55cal ] spicy curry dipping sauce
[16carb][70cal ] 1/4 serving pomme frites
[36carb][336cal ] nutella crepe

DINNER - 66carb/447cal
[45][200] 1 cup mashed banana
[6][26] 2 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[0][0] 3 oz purified water and LOTS of ice cubes
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[8][200] 2 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… this shake was decadent ... not something to have on a non-up day. In fact, not something to have ever again ... less banana next time I have it!

TOTAL - 122.5carb/1048cal
Went overboard on carbs today and under in calories a little bit. Hopefully it will even out with the normal strictness of the rest of the week.
