[2][60] 2 TBSP soy creamer (I gave in, the counts aren't too bad anyway)
[0][0] 3oz purified water and LOTS and LOTS of ice cubes
[3][21] 1 scoops Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[2][10] 2 tbsp Hershey's DARK cocoa powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of banana extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… blend all of the above - this tastes like dark chocolate with bananas. And this is heath food? YUM

LUNCH - 6carb/462cal
[5carb][190cal ] one serving of Dreamfields pasta (low carb)
[0carb][92cal ] 1oz lean ground beef
[1carb][180cal ] 2oz cheese

DINNER - 23carb/183cal
[6][28] 2 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[4][24] 4 big strawberries
[0][0] 3oz purified water and LOTS and LOTS of ice cubes
[3][21] 1 scoops Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder

… blend the above - this tastes like dark chocolate with cherry strawberries. omg good
