[0][0] 3 oz purified water and LOTS of ice cubes
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… this was a thick and chilly shake. quite good.

LUNCH - 7carb/493cal
[0][25] 1 oz turkey
[1][140] 2 slices swiss
[1][160] 2 slices colby jack
[0][100] handfull of spicy pumpkin seeds

DINNER - 6.5carb/300cal
[6.5][300] 1/2 of a stuffed bell pepper (stuffed with ground beef, diced mushroom, jalapeño, cheeses)

TOTAL - 37.5carb/970cal
