[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] 1 scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of banana extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… this shake was much better today. Thicker due to adding a whole scoop of whey rather than half. The flavor was mostly banana and not as chocolatey ... very good.

LUNCH - 11carb/180cal
[11][180] Atkins coconut bar

DINNER - 6.5carb/736cal
[5][190] 1 servings of Dreamfield's pasta (low carb)
[0][276] 3 oz lean ground beef
[1.5][270] 3 oz cheese

TOTAL - 34.5carb/1063cal
