Wednesday Menu

BREAKFAST - 14carb/166cal
[4][90] 1/4 cup of LC ice cream
[0][0] 5 oz purified water and LOTS of ice cubes
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[2][50] half scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[1][5] 1 tbsp Hershey's DARK cocoa powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[4][0] 4 packets of Splenda
… this shake was runny and not very good. Yesterday's was a little runny as well. Tomorrow I'll try less water and more ice again. The ice cream just didn't work out well at all. Not enough of it but I can't do more…that would be too many calories.

LUNCH - 11carb/180cal
[11][180] Atkins coconut bar

DINNER - 6.5carb/644cal
probably this:
[5][190] one serving of Dreamfield's pasta (low carb)
[0][184] 2 oz lean ground beef
[1.5][270] 3 oz cheese

TOTAL - 31.5carb/990cal
