[7][30] quarter of a packet of dry sugarfree Jello pudding (chocolate)

[4][70] 1 scoop "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of organic vanilla extract
[0][0] 2 capfuls of organic chocolate extract
[2][6] dash of cinnamon
[1][11] dash of nutmeg
[0][0] dash of Also Salt (inspired by Harry)
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[3][0] 3 stevia packets
… icemaker is still working. woot! this shake was out of this world delicious.

[5][150] half a slice of zucchini bread
[5][30] 5 strawberries

  2. choc pudding, dark cocoa, peanut butter, and choc extract. How could it not be yummy? That's how you do a shake.
