Saturday (up-it day) Menu

BREAKFAST - 18carb/500cal
[8][320] 1/2 cup of half-and-half
[1][30] less than 1 teaspoon peanut butter
[1][5] 1 tbsp Hershey's DARK cocoa
[0][0] 2 oz purified water and ice cubes
[1][14] 1 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pop
[0][10] 2 pinches of xanthan gum
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] half a dash of sea salt
[0][0] stevia
This was the most delicious shake I've made thus far, hands down. I can't think of anything that would have made it more satisfying other than using whipping cream rather than the half-and-half I had available. Chocolate peanut butter decadence. More calories than I can have on a normal day though ... but today is "up-it" day and I'm looking forward to upping the carbs and calories (within reason). Yay.

[3.5carb][55cal ] spicy curry dipping sauce (best guess)
[16carb][70cal ] 1/4 serving pomme frites (best guess)

[44][380] 4 tbsp nutella

TOTAL -125.5carb/1483cal

*sigh - FAIL - too many carbs*
