[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][100] scoop Jarrow vanilla whey protein powder
[0][2] 1 tsp (yes, TSP, not TBSP) Hershey's DARK cocoa powder
[0][0] dash of cayanne pepper
[0][0] dash of vanilla extract
[0][0] dash of sea salt
[0][0] stevia
… this shake was creamy and good. Spicy hot with just enough but not TOO much cocoa

LUNCH - 3carb/293cal
[3carb][93cal ] 1/3 serving of carbonnade flamonde
[0][200] spicy pumpkin seeds

DINNER - xcarb/xcal
[x][x] nothing

TOTAL - 16carb/444cal (eek, it's that crazy 444 again)

  2. I get them at Sam's Club. They always have large boxes of them in the ice cream section.
