[3][50] a few sips of a failed breakfast shake (too water due to not enough ice made, I also added a tbsp of coconut flour thinking to thicken it up ... bad idea
[3][190] 2 tbsp peanut butter

LUNCH - 11carb/260cal
[11][180] Atkins coconut bar
[0][80] can of tuna

DINNER - 4.5carb/286cal
[0][60] 3oz deli ham
[1.5][210] 3 slices of baby swiss
[3][16] 1/4 cup diced onion

TOTAL - 21.5carb/786cal
