[9][42] 3 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[1][100] 2 tbsp heavy cream
[0][20] half packet of dry sugarfree Jello gelatin (strawberry)
[1][5] 1 tbsp dark cocoa
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder (out of this)
[4][70] 1 scoop "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of organic vanilla extract
[0][0] 2 capfuls of organic chocolate extract
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[3][0] 3 stevia packets
… icemaker is working. woot! same delicious type of shake as yesterday ... very strawberry, thick and creamy. yum.

LUNCH - 14carb/172cal
[8carb][142cal ] 1/2 serving of carbonade flamande
[5][30] 5 strawberries
[1][0] 1 packet of splenda

DINNER - 4.5carb/270cal
probably this again, quick and easy:
[0][60] 3oz deli chicken (pan seared)
[1.5][210] 3 slices of baby swiss
[3 carb][16 cal] 1/4 cup diced onion

TOTAL - 36.5carb/684cal

    I don't have much to say beyond that really. But, I felt bad for your menu post. Your event post was getting all the attention and I didn't want this one to feel left out. :-)
