Tuesday Menu

[9][42] 3 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[1][100] 2 tbsp heavy cream
[2][90] 1 TBSP peanut butter
[1][5] 1 tbsp dark cocoa
[3][21] 1 scoop Amazing Grass Kidz Superfood drink powder
[4][70] 1 scoop "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of organic vanilla extract
[0][0] 2 capfuls of organic chocolate extract
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[3][0] 3 stevia packets
… rawr ... there was no ice in the icemaker this morning. this shake was still very good but would have been one of the best if there had been ice

LUNCH - 7carb/210cal
[1][160] Atkins chocolate shake
[5][30] 5 strawberries
[1][0] 1 packet of splenda

DINNER - 1.5carb/270cal
probably this:
[0][60] 3oz deli chicken (pan seared)
[1.5][210] 3 slices of baby swiss
[3 carb][16 cal] 1/4 cup diced onion

TOTAL - 31.5carb/813cal


  1. I tried your dinner last night. Pan seared deli chicken (sara lee buffalo chicken flavor), 2 slices of regular swiss, with a layer of very thinly sliced purple onion between. I put a lid on the pan and melted the cheese. Very good. I liked the crispy edges of cheese.
