Friday (MyDay) Menu

Lunch - 2carb/140cal

[0][60] 3oz deli turkey (pan seared with a bit of cinnamon and Also Salt)

  1. is your protein shake one of your fancy ones or a plain jane canned variety?

  2. A Wowee Zowee inspired shake. I stopped posting all of the ingredients since I use a variation of the same things each time. Yesterdays was moderate calorie and I used a tbsp of the Primal Nutella as the main flavor. I think I also used a half scoop of protein powder, 2 sugarfree Philly Swirl pops, a tbsp of heavy cream, organic vanilla, a dash of Also Salt and a pinch of xanthan gum. No cayenne pepper nor cinnamon in yesterday's shake, but that would have been great too.
