Primal Nutella with Stevia RAWRRR! (i think that means yum in cavespeak

Here's the video.
And here are the ingredients. OMG I must try it soooon.
- 16oz hazelnuts [32carbs][2848calories]
- 3 TBSP cocoa powder [3carbs][36calories]
- 1 TBSP stevia [0carbs][0calories]
- coconut oil [0carbs][360calories] per TBSP

Roast hazelnuts in a single layer at 375 for 10 minutes. Let them cool and then remove skins. Grind for 5ish minutes until the consistency is like cookie dough (2-5 minutes in a cuisinart). Then add 3 TBSP cocoa powder and 1 TBSP stevia. Grind more to mix. Add coconut oil 1/2 TBSP at a time until the mixture is just the right texture sort of like soft peanut butter (you will have to judge). Watch the video to see how. :)
So approx 2carbs(net) and 203cal per a 16th of the whole batch if I added right.

And I'll bet Primal Nutella will go great with Primal Coconut Pancakes!
- 2 eggs [1.5carbs][140calories]
- can of coconut milk (no water added type) [0carbs][805calories]
- 1 cup of shredded coconut [5carbs][283calories]
- 1/2 cup almond meal [4carbs][360calories]
- dash of sea salt
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of baking powder
- vanilla
So approx 2.5carbs(net) and 397cal per a 4th of the whole batch if I added right.

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add entire can of coconut milk. Add 1 cup of shredded coconut, half cup of almond meal, dash of sea salt, dash of cinnamon, dash of baking powder. Mix and then add dash of vanilla, mix again. It will look watery, that's fine. Pour some into waffle maker or oil nonstick griddle with coconut oil and pour into small pancake-size mounds. They will take longer to cook than normal pancakes, that is fine. :) 3 or 4 minutes before flipping for the pancakes. Waffle iron, i dunno, you judge. These will be rather crispy on the outside. Yum! Watch the video for how to remove the waffle from the pan since coconut waffles are more fragile than normal waffles.

  4. I give them a big applause. They were great! Let me know how they turn out if you and Mad give them a try. I have a feeling Mad will turn out much more beautiful pancakes than what I managed. :D
