Sunday (or 2nd Saturday at the hobbits would say) Menu

[6][28] 2 sugarfree philly swirl ice cream pops
[1][20] 2 tbsp organic unsweetened cocoa
[2][35] half scoop of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder
[0][0] dash of organic vanilla extract
[1][11] 2 tsp cayenne pepper
[0][0] dash of Also Salt
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[3][0] 3 stevia packets

… spicy HOT HOT and not very sweet due to the unsweetened cocoa and not wanting to add more carbs to counter that. I hope my liquid stevia arrives soon!
