[1.5][105] scoop and a half of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] tiny dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] dash of cinnamon
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia

Lunch - 6carb/170cal
[1][47] 1/4 serving of Dreamfield's pasta (low carb)
[0][46] half oz lean ground beef
[0][47] half oz cheese
[5][30] 5 strawberries

Dinner - 7.5carb/300cal
probably this:
[7.5][300] protein shake

TOTAL 18carb/680cal
