[0][0] 4 oz purified water and lots of ice cubes
[2][10] 2 TBSP unsweetened dark cocoa
[2][180] 2 TBSP peanut butter
[1.5][105] scoop and a half of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] tiny dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] small dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] big dash of cinnamon
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia


Lunch - 6carb/200cal
[6][200] CarbSmart ice cream bar (2)

Dinner - 5.5carb/300cal
probably this:
[7.5][300] protein shake

TOTAL 16.5carb/800cal

  4. Do you think the addition of cayenne has been having a thermogenic effect, or can you tell? I try to use it as a spice as often as possible, though you're still a brave soul in my book for putting it in a shake.

  5. A little spice goes very well with chocolate. I love the kick. Both cayenne and cinnamon are thermogenic agents. And taste good (to me).
