Monday menu (of shakes and yogurt)

BREAKFAST - 3.5carb/130cal
[0][0] 4 oz purified water and lots of ice cubes
[2][10] 2 TBSP unsweetened dark cocoa
[0][10] sugarfree jello dry

[1.5][105] scoop and a half of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Chocolate sugarfree syrup
[0][0] small dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] dash of cinnamon
[0][5] pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia

This shake was wonderful. It tasted like chocolate-covered cherries. OMG good.

Lunch - 9carb/240cal
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt

Dinner - 6carb/160cal
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt
