[0][0] 1 TBSP DaVinci Praline sugarfree syrup
[0][0] dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] big dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] big dash of cinnamon
[0][5] 1 pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia

(so good. so good.)

Lunch - 13carb/155cal
[3][100] half of a Pita Pit salad (spinach, philly steak, salsa, parmessan, jalapeño peppers, mushrooms, sprouts, onions)
[10][55] half of an Activia yogurt
