Thursday (is it really?!!) menu

[0][0] 3 oz purified water and lots of ice cubes
[3][80] cherry CarbMaster yogurt

[2][20] 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa (not my favorite DARK cocoa though)
[1.5][105] one and a half scoops of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci chocolate sugarfree syrup
[0][0] dash of Vanilla Extract
[0][0] small dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] small dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] big dash of cinnamon
[0][5] pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia


Lunch - 6carb/160cal
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt
[3][80] CarbMaster yogurt

Dinner - 6.5carb/210cal
[6.5][210] another shake/yogurt mix ... i plan to leave out the cinnamon this time. i think it mutes the cherry flavor of the yogurt.

TOTAL 19carb/580cal
