Tuesday menu (birthday week!)

[.5] half TBSP peanut butter
[1] one scoop of "Whey to Go" whey protein powder
[0] 1 TBSP DaVinci Pumpkin sugarfree syrup, small dash of Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, xanthan gum, liquid stevia

Lunch - 7carbs
[2] 2oz macadamia nuts
[3] LC yogurt
[2] two Russel Stovers sugarfree chocolate

Dinner - 10carbs
[10] one cup of Cro's veggy-beef soup

TOTAL 19.5carb
