Tuesday menu

BREAKFAST - 4carb/155cal
[0][0] 4 oz purified water and lots of ice cubes
[2][10] 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
[2][140] two scoops of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Chocolate sugarfree syrup
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Hazelnut sugarfree syrup
[0][0] dash of Lemon Extract
[0][0] small dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] dash of cinnamon
[0][5] pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia

This shake was crap. Not icy enough and no real substance. I suspect lemon does not go well with cinnamon and cayenne pepper ... dunno but it was not very good. Waste of Davinci flavors. :/

  1. Back in the day, I tried a lemon-cayenne pepper, with maple syrup. Supposed to be a fast/cleansing. That combo was really good.
