Wednesday (is the new Friday) menu

[1] 1 TBSP DARK cocoa
[4] 2 TBSP peanut butter
[1] one scoop of "Whey to Go" whey protein powder
[0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla and Chocolate sugarfree syrup, small dash of Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, xanthan gum, liquid stevia

Lunch - 11carbs
[6] steak, jalepeño, peppers, cheddar, sour cream, spinach
[5] 1 Fererro Roche chocolate hazelnut

Dinner - 10carbs
[10] one cup of Cro's veggy-beef soup

TOTAL 27carb

    And it was soooooo good. :) Philly steak grilled with onions and peppers, shredded cheddar, jalapeños on top with a tiny tiny bit of sour cream drizzled over it all (and on a bed of spinach leaves and a bit of shredded cheddar).
