Wednesday menu

BREAKFAST - 5.5carb/195cal
[0][0] 3 oz purified water and lots of ice cubes
[3][80] vanilla CarbMaster yogurt

[1][5] 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
[1.5][105] one and a half scoops of "Whey to Go" vanilla bean whey protein powder.
[0][0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla sugarfree syrup
[0][0] 2 TBSP DaVinci Pumpkin sugarfree syrup
[0][0] dash of Vanilla Extract
[0][0] small dash of Sea Salt
[0][0] small dash of cayenne pepper
[0][0] big dash of cinnamon
[0][5] pinch of xanthan gum
[0][0] liquid stevia

Good shake. I am nearly out of cocoa but knew that the pumpkin and cinnamon combination would bring that warmth depth to the shake that chocolate normally provides. Adding yogurt to the shake was nice too since I have a couple of vanilla yogurts left and I find them the most boring to eat.
