Monday (revisiting beginnings of LC) menu

BREAKFAST - 5carbs
[5] protein shake

Lunch - 8 carbs
[2] 2oz macadamia nuts
[6] steak, jalepeño, peppers, cheddar, sour cream, spinach

Dinner - 6carbs
[3] unknown still, but I plan to have 3 kosher beef franks
[3] and 1/4 cups of diced onions

TOTAL 19 carbs


  1. Yep! The cake was darned good, as was the ice cream, but LC leaves me feeling lots better than eating cake and ice cream does. I've been stuck for awhile, so reviewing what I did to get here (100+ pounds lost) will be a good thing to refresh.
