[1] one scoop of "Whey to Go" whey protein powder
[0] 1 TBSP DaVinci French Vanilla and Chocolate sugarfree syrup, small dash of Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, xanthan gum, liquid stevia

Lunch - 8carbs
[4] 3/4 serving of Dreamfield's pasta (low carb)
[0] 1.5 oz lean ground beef
[2] 1.5 oz cheese
[2] 2oz macadamia nuts

Dinner - 26carbs
[3] 3 kosher beef franks
[3] 1/4 cups of diced onions
[20] *sigh* too much LC ice cream

TOTAL 40carb
