Wednesday menu

BREAKFAST - 5carbs
[5] protein shake

Lunch - 11 carbs
[2] 2oz macadamia nuts
[6] steak, jalepeño, peppers, cheddar, sour cream, spinach
[3] LC yogurt

Dinner - 17carbs
[4] steakum with 1oz cheddar and 1/4 cup of diced onions
[12] LC ice cream with 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1oz almonds and tiny piece of VERY DARK chocolate
[1] pork rinds with 1oz cream cheese

TOTAL 33carbs
