Wednesday Menu

BREAKFAST - 4carbs
[4] sans-protein shake (I made it without the whey protein powder and just used powdered egg whites)

Lunch - 10carbs
[4] almonds
[6] 2 LC yogurts

Dinner - 7carbs
[3] LC yogurt
[2] almonds
[2] Atkins peanut butter cup

TOTAL 21carbs
