Thursday Menu

Just some more boring sameness ... easy to count it and keep track during the work week.

[6] protein shake

Lunch - 8carbs
[6] 2 servings of CarbMaster yogurt
[2] almonds

Dinner - 7carbs
[3] 1 serving of CarbMaster yogurt
[2] almonds
[2] LC chocolate

TOTAL 21carbs


  1. You are so disciplined, how do you do it?

  2. During the week is fairly easy since there is so much to keep my mind occupied and I pack my lunch most of the time. Weekends are when it gets tough! And I have an entire week off work (oh fret! oh fear!). Kick-starting the extra motivation machine because it needs to warm up.
