[2] almonds (omg good lime and chili spiced almonds)

Lunch - 12carbs
[6] almonds
[6] 2 LC yogurts

Dinner - 9carbs
[3] LC yogurt
[4] almonds
[2] Atkins peanut butter cup

TOTAL 27carbs
