new resolve - Monday Menu

Breakfast - 6carb
[6carb] protein shake

Lunch - 10carb
[6carb] two Carb Master yogurt
[4carb] 60 lime-n-chili almonds

Dinner - 7carb
[4carb] 8 LC sausage balls
[1carb] shredded cheddar (less than 1oz, but counting it as 1 anyway)
[2carb] one Atkins LC peanut butter cup

TOTAL 23carb
