[2carb] 30 lime-n-chili spiced almonds
[1carb] 2 sausage patties (plain Tennessee Pride Hot sausage that I cooked last night)

Dinner - 7carb
[3carb] one Carb Master yogurt
[4carb] 60 lime-n-chili almonds
[2carb] one Atkins LC peanut butter cup

TOTAL 21carb
