Breakfast - 4carb
[4carb] protein shake (but I forgot to add the whey protein mix!)

Lunch - 14carb
[4carb] almonds
[10carb] Dreamfield's pasta, spicy sausage, tomato, cheese
[0carb] a few pork rinds

Dinner - 2carb
[2] Atkins peanut butter cup

TOTAL 20carb
