weekends and workouts

It's Saturday morning and I've already been to the gym and biked 11 miles in 31 minutes. That probably isn't a big deal to most of you but it's pretty awesome to me. :)

My MS kicked in after this workout and I left the gym with rubber-band legs. They came back to me once I cooled off. I feel very motivated with this new working out thing.
