Tuesday Workout

I did 45 minutes (a total of 16 miles) on the recumbent bike last night. I did this in the cardio theater which make the workout much less boring and easier to get through. The first 15 minutes were super tough but the last 10 was comparably a breeze. I like this new working out thing. :)
