Wednesday Workout

Tonight I will be doing my strength training routine. I did this Monday as well but did not work out last Thursday thru Sunday due to my dad's passing.

I did my strength training routine and 20 minutes on the recumbent bike.

Strength training was:
• 25 lb weight, squats on the #8 machine ... split cable machine [20 reps][20 reps][20 reps]
• Bosu ball ab crunches [15 reps][15 reps]
• 5 lb accordion crunches [15][15]
• 35 lb rowing machine [15][15]
• 35lb lat pulls [16][16]
