I'm implementing another one of Tim Ferris' after-publication suggestions to make the free day have less impact. So today I had one of my normal 4HB meals for breakfast and won't begin the free day until lunch. Other things I've done today are to drink a big (16oz) glass of cold water, take my supplements, and exercise. I'm not doing Tim Ferris' exercise plan but rather using my elliptical.
Hurray, it's Saturday! We are going to the Istanbul Café for Turkish food. Thanks again for the quick "hello, please and thank you" guide to Turkish, Donna. Although they also speak English I thought it would be fun to greet them and say thank you properly.
