Week14 4HB slow carb numbers

Today's 4HB Free day meals were:
  • One serving of CarbSmart ice cream with and pecans and whipped cream with cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin spice
  • Two sugarfree Oreo cookies ... ugh, in the future I think I'd rather have one regular Oreo than to have these abominations again (tossing the rest in the bin)
  • 2oz mini burger with a mix of onion rings and fries on the side from Chef Mike's Charcoal Grill
  • one piece of cornbread with butter and honey
  • Dreamfield's pasta with cheese and bacon crumbles
  • popcorn
